Brief Biography-Theodor Severin Kittelsen was born in Kragerø, Norway in 1857. He studied drawing in Oslo and Munich after 1874, and from 1882 he lived in Paris for five years. Then, finally set up a studio near Prestfoss, Norway, where he married and settled.
